325s will fit even without a body lift, I ran BFG A/T 325s on the stock 20s with no rubbing for quite a while with only the torsion bars cranked, but another 3" higher would have looked better. 325s on the stock 20s do come very close to the upper ball joint/ A arm so I recommend running 1/4" wheel spacers with that combo. http://www.dodgetalk.com/forums/showpost.php?p=2402258&postcount=77
