Transmission incorrectly programmed which causes Torque Converter failure or to lock into overdrive/high gear.
Bulletines regarding revised pcm software.
I took my truck to Layton Hills Dodge for them to upgrade the computer chips. They were on revision -AI. They usually start from AA, then to AB, AC, etc.
The cool thing I noticed after is they stuck the information onto the frame so anyone else looking would know what they installed.
